Agendas discussed:

Blood donation camp:

  • A discussion over our main agenda “Blood Donation Camp” was done by all attendees. As a discussion it was decided that the Blood donation camp will be conducted on last Sunday/Tuesday of every month. This month’s camp will be organised at Royal Orbit hotel.

Pathology services for underprivileged:

  • In a discussion with Dr. Ankit Seth it was decided to start Blood Tests facility for underprivileged people. Along with Blood Donation camp, a pathology camp will also be conducted. We will start small with our first attempt and will tweak our approach as time passes.

Expansion of Food for Life program

  • In a discussion Shri Basant Ghorawat ji expressed his eagerness to expand our “Food for Life” program. He presented his idea to cook the food at ISKCON temple and cover more locations within the city.

In a brainstorm session other areas where we could contribute and cater to the people were discussed too. One such area is to help needy ones who are suffering from critical health conditions.

Overall the main action items for the meeting were as follows….

  • Conduct Blood Donation Camp on 26 Sep. 2023 at Hotel Royal Orbit from 11am to 2pm, with a target of 50 units of blood.
  • Start Blood Tests facility for underprivileged people along with the Blood Donation camp.
  • Expand the “Food for Life” program by cooking the food at ISKCON temple and covering more locations within the city.
